Hi, my name is Stephanie Caracalas and I have been a professional acrylic painter for over 15 years. My painting style is self taught and heavily influenced by pet portraits. I also teach art classes to all ages that emphasize a variety of drawing techniques.

How it works:

Pet portraits from your photograph.

1. Choose a photo of your pet and send it to me.

Look through the photos of your pet, I know you have a lot! Choose a few that show your pets personality. The best photos are bright and clear. Can't decide, send them all. I can choose what I think would be best.

2. Pick a size.

Where will this hang? Are you looking to fill a large space? Is this a statement piece? What is your budget? See prices below.

3. Send me delivery address.

You can expect delivery between 2-3 weeks from the time I start painting.

Frequently asked questions

How do I choose a picture?

Best pictures are clear, in natural light with eyes looking at the camera. Choose one that shows some personality. You can send me several and I can pick what would work best.

What if I have more than one pet?

Yes! I can do this for an additional charge.

What size should I get?

This depends on where it is going to be hung and what your budget is. A popular gift size is 12x16. I use a 1/2" thick, back stapled canvas unless otherwise noted. This canvas is ready to hang.

Can you do anything other than dogs?

Of course! I've done cats, lizards, turtles, horses, cows, frogs, and people!
